We are excited to be bringing a new well-bring programme to Cobh called 'Just For Mam's. This facilitated group programme is for Mams, Nans and all female non-professional carers of children. It's all about taking some time out for yourself and meeting other Mam's and chatting about how challenging being a Mam can be sometimes.
This is not a parenting class, there will be no homework, or any pressure on people to speak.
